When you submit an enquiry, BEAR Company uses your information to respond and clarify products, configuration, pricing and delivery.

What we store
Your name, email address and message, and optionally your company, phone number and selected products or configurations. Do not enter sensitive information in the message field. The information is available in our protected administration system. The form is an enquiry, not an order.
Purpose and basis
We process information to assess and respond to your product enquiry, including preparation for a potential agreement. For enquiries made on behalf of a business, our purpose is our legitimate interest in communicating with the business contact. Information is not used for newsletters or advertising.
Retention
The enquiry is automatically deleted from the website's active database after 180 days. Backups may contain an older copy; contact us about deletion. If an agreement is made, the information required for that agreement is processed separately.
Browser storage and technical information
Your product list and saved builds are stored locally in your browser until you remove them or clear browser data. A selected product list is only sent to us when you submit the form. To limit abuse, a hash of the sender's IP address is temporarily stored to count form attempts. Expired counters are removed regularly.
Customer profile and designs in your account
When you create a customer profile, we store your contact details, any company details, billing and shipping addresses, and agreed payment terms. Your login has a separate email address and a protected password hash. BEAR activates new logins through a personal single-use link; activation emails are not yet sent automatically.
When you select Save to my account, the design and its revisions are stored in BEAR’s database on our server. You can then open it on other devices using your login. Other customers cannot access your designs. Local drafts are not transferred automatically. The account uses a necessary, protected session cookie that expires after a maximum of 8 hours; access also ends after 30 minutes of inactivity. We record logins and changes to customer details, payment terms and designs.
Account requests are removed automatically after 180 days. Customer profiles, saved designs and change history are not deleted automatically; contact us to request access or deletion. Archiving a customer closes access but does not delete data. Backups may contain earlier data.
Your rights
You can contact us to request access, correction or deletion, or to restrict or object to processing. Where applicable, you can also request a copy of your information. You may complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency.
